Dermatoglyphics — is the scientific study of fingerprints. Dermatoglyphics refers to the formation of naturally occurring ridges on palms and soles. Dermatoglyphics is thought to appear in 1892, when one of the brightest biologists of his time - a cousin of Charles Darwin, Sir Francis Galton published his classic work on fingerprint assessment.

The history of the company

«Biometrics». The Beginning.

In the spring of 2004 a young Alexander Zubarev first came across the book about fingerprints. Being a natural born innovator with inquisitive mind, he entered Vyatka State University and chose "Applied Informatics in Economics" as his major. Alexander was studying dermatoglyphics along with that.

In 2004-2007 Alexander compiles the testing database. In order to get that done, the young scientist visited hospitals and morgues, sports schools and specialized classes, the institutions of the Ministry of the Interior Affairs and the Russian State Library. Thus, he had collected more than 6,000 fingerprints of the elite representatives in each testing area.

In 2007-2008 the first version of the "Biometrics". Program was developed. It included the database with the following areas of testing: psychological profile, health, anthropometry, career guidance, sport and physiology.

In June 2008 the graduate work "Evaluation of Biometric Technology Based on Fingerprint Assessment” got excellent mark in Vyatka State University.

From Idea to Invention. LifePrint

In May 2009 the software was approved in Moscow for the first time, at the "Days of Small Business in Russia" exhibition.

In July 2011 Alexander began to create customer base at “Seliger” youth forum and forms an idea to turn the project into business.

At that time Alexander was an inventor who had no experience in running a business: it took him half a year to create a model of promotion, make design, set up sales and production of the first packages, as well as to select energetic and creative team of professionals. The project was named LifePrint.

Seliger 2012. The Flying Start.

2nd of March, 2012 is considered to be the company’s birthdate when the first point of LifePrint testing was opened in “Festival” shopping mall in Kirov. Alexander Zubarev covered the cost of monthly rent in the mall in the first day of operation. It was then that he saw the opportunities this invention provides.

Another remarkable stage was brilliant project presentation at Seliger 2012 youth forum.

The young researcher from Kirov became the winner among innovative projects in the “Innovations and Technical Creativity” panel. Alexander also managed to test dozens of celebrities and each of them was satisfied with the result.

InfoLife – Abilities Given by Nature

This is the name of the book from the author and developer of the unique testing technology where he described all his experience, skills and values.

In August-December 2012 the company grows and gathers pace: the name of the company was changed into “InfoLife”, the partner network expands quickly, there appear InfoLife representatives in other regions; the software was translated into English.

As early as in the beginning of 2013 InfoLife enters the international market the packages have been sold to the Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Israel and Austria. The translation into Hebrew has been done.

The summer of 2013 saw a number of successful presentations of the project at different forums.

In August, more businessmen joined us, so the time has come translate the software into Turkish, Latvian, Ukrainian, Greek, Italian and Czech. At the end of 2013 InfoLife entered the list of top franchises In Russia.

Find strengths in everyone...

In January 2014 InfoLife Consultant software has been presented.

After extensive analysis of foreign demand we decided to open representative office in Moscow. InfoLife internet store was also opened at this time.

In spring of the same year the company has done considerable work with educational institutions in our region. This contribution brought the official letter of recommendation issued by Education Department of the Kirov Region.

New York international franchise expo became the milestone event for the company in summer 2014.

The number of customers exceeded 300 000 at this time.

As a parenthetical note, the Software has been updates 5 times by 2015, we have developed brand new interface and report. InfoLife turned into media holding company: in February we launched one more project, unparalleled anywhere in the world – IrisTest.

Currently, InfoLife has the geographical scope of 36 counties, 3364 partners. 809544 people tested can now say with confidence what inborn aptitudes they have and what they are capable of!

About the Testing Method

Fingerprints formed in the 3rd month of pregnancy in the womb. They remain unchanged during the life. The fingerprints are unique: among the 7 billion people living on Earth, one will never find two people with their fingerprints absolutely identical.

Still, we observe certain similarities in the fingerprint pattern of the real professionals in one branch of activities. The more specialists in one field we test, the more similarities we can find.

For example, at the stage of software development we have tested 10 Candidate Master of Sports to identify the features which determine their aptitudes to particular kind of sports (swimming in this case). Then we checked the received data on a random group of people. The research confirmed that ordinary people do not have features similar to those of the athletes.

Thus, at the heart of the InfoLife testing is the similarity of fingerprints of people who managed to succeed in a certain btanch of activities.

What is dermatoglyphics?

Dermatoglyphics is the scientific study of fingerprints and their correspondence with human abilities, character and health.

Do not mix up dermatoglyphics and palmistry, the latter is the characterization and foretelling the future through the study of the palm lines, also known as palm reading. These lines are constantly changing, so, whenever you show your palm to a palmist, the results of the so-called "analysis" will be different. Dermatoglyphics studies only fingerprint patterns, which remain unchanged for the whole life.

Francis Galton’s Dactyloscopic Set.
The modern dermatoglyphics distinguishes only three basic types of patterns:
Typical Arch — is the rarest fingerprint pattern among the basic types. It is encountered mostly on index and middle finger of the left hand.
Typical Loop — is the most common type of fingerprint patterns encountered. It is characterized by so-called “delta” (to the right of the loop in this case).
Typical Whorl — always has two deltas. It is usually encountered on the index and ring finger of the right hand.

The combination of 10 fingerprint patterns reflects the nervous system organization and makes it possible to characterize its features and the behavior of a person.

This is how dermatoglyphics practically helps us to give comprehensive data on all the inborn abilities. The most important thing is to understand what information is encoded on your fingertips and how you can apply it in the future.
